The prompt is as follows:
“Help Managers Support Deaf Employees”
Audience: Corporate Managers
Brief: You are supporting managers at your organization. May is global accessibility awareness month. While there aren’t any specific complaints, your team wants to help managers be more inclusive and supportive of differently abled employees. As one part of this initiative, you want to give your mid-level managers some tools to better support their deaf employees in contributing to meetings and communication with team members.
Managers are busy and this probably isn’t at the top of their lists. Before you can introduce the tools to support, you need to help managers care about the issue.
Deliverables:
Interactive story to help managers care about supporting deaf employees.
Short (15 minutes or less) guide to help managers make meetings and communication more inclusive for deaf employees.
