This challenge was part of a recruitment task I completed about a year ago. You get a deeper look at my strengths and creativity when working with various people and situations. The learning curve I had with this particular task was modeling it after Merrill’s Principles of Instruction. I have used many other learning models, like SAM and ADDIE. However, this one was new to me, so I researched and provided activities that followed.
